Begin the holiday season with a McNeese tradition of the presentation of Handel’s Messiah performed by McNeese students, faculty and community members. This performance will mark the 74th anniversary of this presentation on the McNeese campus.

Live from Lake Charles…it’s Tuesday Night!

Vanessa Bayer and Kate McKinnon from NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” are set to perform at McNeese State University on Tuesday, April 15.

The show will begin at 7 p.m. in the historic F.G. Bulber Auditorium. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

Bayer is returning for her third season on Saturday Night Live. She is known for her impressions of Miley Cyrus and “Fox and Friends” host Gretchen Carlson.

McKinnon joined the SNL cast in 2012 and is known for her celebrity impressions of Penelope Cruz, Ellen DeGeneres, Angela Merkel and Bravo personality Tabatha Coffey.

Comedian Streeter Seidell will open the show. He is the executive editor of CollegeHumor.com, co-author of “The CollegeHumor Guide to College” and co-star and staff writer for “The CollegeHumor Show” on MTV.

General admission tickets for “Girls of SNL” will go on sale April 4. A limited number of tickets are available to the general public. Tickets for the general public are $30 per person.
